Tynewydd location[edit]

The Welsh Coal Mines website information suggests that the location of the Tynewydd mine was not in Tynewydd itsefl, but at the bottom of the Rhondda Fawr valley, at the confluence of the Rhondda Fawr and the Rhondda Fach, just north-east of Porth. Once I've checked the Welsh Coal Mines site information out it may be more appropriate to create a separate article for the Tynewydd Colliery Disaster.Opbeith (talk) 11:33, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
