US 136 and US 231[edit]

Why are there two sentences talking about a concurrency between US 136 and US 231? There was a concurrency of just over a block on Crawfordsville's Market Street between Washington Street and Lafayette Avenue (231's former route) but it was eliminated over 25 years ago as part of making 231 4-lane divided between 136 and Interstate 74.
