This article is about a WHO (World Health Organisation) sponsored programme which is designed to change the way aid is given and spent to make is more reliable and effective. Extreme bureaucratese and puffery[edit]

This article is so full of "bureaucratese" that it seems like satire: The first sentence says "... is a global platform which brings together multiple stakeholders to take action to advance progress towards ..." What nonsense!

It's not even comprehensible. What does "platform" even mean here?

And can we get some more WP:independent reliable sources?
