Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it a) is an educational institution (see: our various educational programmes - executive trainings, PhD programmes, joint research programmes, summer university - at http://institute.unido.org/programmes.html) and b) because it is an autonomous institution within UNIDO with its own vision and outlook that deserves an extra article besides the UNIDO general entry.

  • None of these are grounds for notability. In addition, from what you write ("our various educational programmes") it would appear that you have a [[WP:COI|conflict of interest here. --Guillaume2303 (talk) 09:35, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • OK, I get your point. But how does it work with other UN organizations? Is there any other way how I can add information about the Institute on Wikipedia? Bruggerf (talk) 09:44, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I added another footnote from an external source - better now? Bruggerf (talk) 10:23, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
