Question[edit]

Can people recycle plastic-wrapped junk mail entire, or do they have to open it and split the plastic and paper into separate bins? Just curious, but perhaps someone with sourced info could add this to the article! PamD 07:35, 2 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
