"Memories of a Wildcat pilot"[edit]

As interesting and probably true as they are, I don't see any references cited for that section, and somehow it doesn't seem "encyclopedic" to me. In fact, a lot of it only bears on the Anzio indirectly. Is this okay to do now? — Preceding unsigned comment added by .45Colt (talk • contribs) 21:03, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This seems to be the account of the former servicemember in question or someone who knew them, going to assorted ships and writing down that person's experiences on those ships. This is a pretty clear violation of WP:PRIMARY. These edits should be addressed as a unit, combined with a message to the editor; I'll jump on that project this weekend if no one else has done so by this week.
