Off target[edit]

Can somebody confirm Bass is still on the bottom? Lenton's American Submarines has her raised, sold to Nicholas Zinkowski of Newport in June 1963, & scrapped. Trekphiler 17:50, 19 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"A very interesting documentary DVD has been made about diving to this historical submarine wreck. The WRECK HUNTERS[1] DVD depicts a group of wreck divers and their adventures while visiting the wreck of this very large boat."

Portholes[edit]

The Bass is probably the only submarine made with opening portholes. They can be seen in the picture at the top of the conning tower. 130.126.255.43 (talk) 22:14, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
