User has added details on the trafficking of refugees as Ultimate Air is believed to be the airline involved with taking Venezuelan refugees to Martha's Vineyard. AgileEll (talk) 04:13, 20 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The sources I've read, including those cited in the recent edit, all treat Ultimate's involvement as merely incidental. The lawsuits and the San Antonio sheriff's investigation seem to be aimed at Ron DeSantis's minions and not at Ultimate itself, likely because (as I understand it, I am not an attorney), it is very difficult to prosecute or sue a U.S. common carrier for unlawfully transporting persons or cargo unless it can be demonstrated that the carrier and/or the captain of the flight knew or reasonably should have known that the carriage was illegal. Until specific allegations against Ultimate or the flight crew surface, I don't believe that the incident warrants a mention here. Carguychris (talk) 14:21, 20 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
