Untitled[edit]

I would like to address the flag for speedy deletion of this article. I was attempting to create an article in keeping with other genotoxicty and mutagenicity tests such as the Ames Test. If it is judged too short, I am happy to add background to redress this problem. As well, I am currently looking for publicly available figures as well.

If possible, please reply, or I will attempt to edit the page once it has been deleted for resubmission.

Thank you,

Next time, do your initial drafts in your sandbox and have somebody else critique what you've written. The opening fails to provide context (try moving some of your "Advantages" into the opening), the style needs improvement (For example, where do you define ONPG and other acronyms?), and there are lots of grammar and spelling errors. (For example, italics are needed for species names, Use of "B" for Greek letter "β" or spelled-out "beta" is not acceptable, etc.) "Background" is actually a theory section. "Procedure" section lacks references. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 12:39, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the feedback, I had wanted to do it in the sandbox, but I had redirect another article from there, and was having trouble entering new information, but I will review how to do that. I appreciate the feedback. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Genotox (talkcontribs) 13:12, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

See Wikipedia:User pages on how to create subpages. I've made two sandbox subpages for you. You can make the main sandbox a collection of wikilinks to each of your sandbox subpages: Genotox's Sandbox One, Genotox's Sandbox Two. -- Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 13:35, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Problem I see is that some entries made by the contributor read like advertisement for commercial products which may be in violation of wiki policy per WP:NOTADVERTISING. I don't know if this is significant enough to warrant its own page even if written in a neutral style, but I'll leave it to others who know more about this field to judge if it should be deleted.
