Becoming a public benefit corporation[edit]

David Bolotsky, CEO of UnCommon Goods, a Brooklyn-based online gift retailer, is undaunted. The company, which has approximately 75 employees, is registered as an LLC in Delaware. But Mr. Bolotsky, whose company has more than $10 million in revenue, hopes to move his registration to New York and become a B corporation as soon as he gets shareholder approval.

Requested move to Uncommon Goods[edit]

Uncommon Goods, LLC is undergoing a rebrand. As part of the rebrand the logo and official name of the company will no longer be UncommonGoods. The official website is https://www.uncommongoods.com/. Here the updated logo will visibly be Uncommon Goods.
