Undue Influence:(Undue means unecessary or something more than required)and (influenc means convincing power).A contract is said to be induced by undue influence "where the relation subsisting bt the parties are such that one of the parties in a position to dominate the will of other by using the power of the position". I explain it in easy way to make everybody understandable☺️ Undue influence-two parties are include in this(1. 😢weak party(2. 😎Strong party Jismein strong party 😎apni power ka use krke weaker party se uski will ke against usse kaam karvate hai or unfair advantage leti hai SOME IMP.POINTS from definition: 1.their must be relation bt parties. 2.postion to dominate the will of other party. 3.must obtain unfair advantage. Example: A is an advocate and B is client.Here the relationship bt the parties such that A can dominate the will of be by charging unreasonable fees for his professional services. Allen Steed in the (FLDS leader) Warren Jeff trial

This is the argument the prosecution used in the FLDS trial. They argued that even if the 14 year old lowered or eventually allowed sex, this allowance was void because of the undue influence as priesthood leaders of Warren Jeff (as prophet of the organization) and of Allen Steed (as priesthood leader of the home).
