Speedy Deletion???[edit]

The Union Club of Boston is a venerable and very famous institution in Boston, a half block from the State House. The idea that it is not notable -- I don't understand. This is an OLD article. Suddenly, it's not notable? This article is four years old. The person who has nominated this for speedy deletion obviously is not a Bostonian nor knowledgeable about men's clubs. What is the person going to challenge next -- the Somerset Club? These are old WASP establishments, though they have evolvedShemp Howard, Jr. (talk) 22:20, 24 September 2012 (UTC).[reply]
