External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on United States of America Cricket Association. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

  • If you have discovered URLs which were erroneously considered dead by the bot, you can report them with this tool.

I am disappointed with Etherfire's edits - I do not know who he/she is. I am the Executive Secretary of USACA and do not approve of his edits. I posted updates to correct certain information which he/she keeps on reverting. It is better in the interest of encyclopedia being correct only knowledgeable person who know should be editing and posting information which is not Etherfire! Etherfire, You are welcome to contact and connect with me if you want to be my spokesperson to deliver the information!

American Premier League[edit]

Apparently the promoters of this event/competition talked to USACA and tried to get its sanction, but failed ever to do so and eventually the USACA actively sought to discredit the Premier League and did so though that it never actually launched. However, due to the time elapsed most Web resources which could verify this have apparently been taken down and if someone has some good, verifiable third-party info on this please share it, especially since the USACA is apparently once again in deep trouble with its international governing body. 2600:1004:B14B:39C5:AC51:707B:1D3E:EBA9 (talk) 01:17, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Fixing incorrect information (as opposed to edit warring)[edit]

@Sankariahr: This is the proper location to voice your concerns about the page. We can get it fixed up, but we need to do it properly. And to do it properly, you cannot just be the authority here. We also need verifiable sources (see WP:V) that do not require Wikipedia readers and future editors to rely on your authority. This is essential to the basis of Wikipedia (see WP:PILLARS for an overview of how all this works. So I'm happy to make sure we get this information updated, but we need to do it in a way that is appropriate. Editors like me spend our spare time doing this because we care about the quality of Wikipedia, not because we want to be a pain Etherfire (talk) 02:48, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
