This woman should be charged with muder because she caused a poor girl to comit sucicde just because her daughter wasn't friends with with the girl anymore. Two small problems[edit]

1) The section, Guilty verdict set aside, does not make clear that this was a direct appeal to the judge who presided over the criminal trial, not to a higher court.

2) Even though the criminal charges were dismissed/overridden, there were obvious grounds for a civil suit against Ms. Drew. We ought to note if such a case was brought, and its disposition if so. --96.233.88.141 (talk) 14:36, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
