Neutral point of view?[edit]

This article reads like an essay promoting unity of command, but it needs sources; for instance, the conslusion, “The unity of command principle is not only hypothetically sensible, but it has been proven that, throughout military history, unity of command has been indeed valuable,” requires examples.
