The University System[edit]
The Universiti Teknologi MARA as a university system comparable to State University of New York (SUNY), California State University (CSU) or Indian Institutes of Technology with autonomy for each campuses is yet to happen. Currently, it is still a university with branch campuses.Shahrulazwad (talk) 02:42, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- As of 2020, the autonomy has been granted to several state branches (Perlis, Perak, Sarawak, Terengganu), so the university is now a full fledged university system. KesunyianAyam (talk) 08:45, 28 September 2020 (UTC)
