Wrong page title, correct is Souzou Gakuen University instead of Creation etc...[edit]

This article on Souzou Gakuen University has the wrong (or outdated) title [of Creation; Art, Music & Social Work]:Souzou Gakuen University is the English version of institution's name now as clear as stated on all official sites that I added the links to on article's page. Also the other info is terribly outdated, this university was allover the news yesterday so there's plenty of reliable information out there right now. I would contribute to it but not sure how to change the article name, or is it better to create a completely new article and delete old one? Tsurugaoka (talk) 12:35, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I support changing the name per WP:COMMONNAME. The best way to change the name of the article is to do the following. If you look at the top of this page, you'll see a button that says "Move". Click on that and you will see two boxes: one that says "To new title:" and one that says "Reason:". Put the name of the new article in the To new title: box (without quotes) and add a reason if you want. Then just click Move page and it should be changed.
If you need further help, leave me a message on my talk page. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 12:57, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If you think the article is incorrectly named, then you can request a page move. See Help:Moving a page for details.
However, before you rush into that, you might want to check the following sources, which refer to the university as "University of Creation; Art, Music & Social Work" in English.

The cite was very recently renewed and English, Chinese and Korean pages were added. Before the renewal, there was certainly the name of "Univercity of Creation; Art, Music & Social Work", however now there is no description at all except the logo. ―― Phoenix7777 (talk) 10:46, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

University of Creation; Art, Music & Social WorkSouzou Gakuen University — per MOS:JP#Names of companies, products, and organizations Official cite[1] states as "SOUZOU GAKUEN UNIVERSITY" --Phoenix7777 (talk) 04:29, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: Per WP:MOS-JA and WP:MOSCAPS, it isn't going to be all caps, so I've fixed that for you. I also want to note that the official logo of the university has "University of Creation; Art, Music & Social Work" directly below the kanji for the Japanese name of the university. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe 04:44, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the correction, Nihonjoe. As for the logo, I noticed it. See my comment just above this section. And there are some remnants of the past in other page.[2] ―― Phoenix7777 (talk) 05:06, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. As mentioned in the discussion above in November, the current article title appears to be the name used by mainstream news sources in English, by MEXT, and by the university itself. --DAJF (talk) 09:46, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update/expansion re financial problems and closure[edit]

The Japanese Wikipedia article contains well-sourced details of the long-standing financial problems which eventually led to its forced closure in March 2013. --DAJF (talk) 04:53, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
