I've taken a quick look through the article and tagged several sentences without any citations, the most glaring of which is the first paragraph in the history section, which goes completely unverified. Due to this, and a preexisting "undue weight" tag under the basketball section that has not been resolved, I'll have to quick-fail this (per the third criterion for immediate failures). You can nominate the article again if you feel like the issues here have been resolved. I see you've put a lot of work into the article, but it just isn't quite there yet.
