It's significant enough to have a Wikipedia page; It has more members (dues paying and participating) than some of the other organizations listed. Since you don't like the VAPB, you don't get to be the arbiter of whether or not it's important. If you want it removed from the page (which is what this is about; I didn't add anything, you vandalized the page and tried to hide it up), then you need to provide justification besides your "not significant" hand-waving. I vandalized the page? You are ridiculous. I WROTE over 80% of this page. Why would I vandalize a page I contributed the great majority of content for?
