I'm in doubt about two movies where scenes involving Irene Jacob seem to be real:

La vie d'Adele displays explicit and unsimulated lesbian sex acts[[2]]. Should it be included in the list?

No, they have specifically stated in interviews that it was simulated.

Naked Harbour[edit]

The film Naked Harbour contain explicit oral sex between Laura Birn and a Skinhead [3]. Should it be included in the list?

Franco qoute[edit]

Rotting In The Sun (2023)[edit]

The movie "Much Loved"[edit]

The movie "Much Loved" does not belong into the list of examples.

The cited source doesn't speak of unsimulated sex. It merely mentions a "long and graphic blowjob scene". However, even explicit oral sex can be simulated with a prosthetic penis which are common in the film business. A scene with explicit fellatio in the Danish movie Queen of Hearts was simulated exactly with such a gimmick.
The claim that this scene was included in "an extended version of this film" is simply false. As the film director Nabil Ayouch explained in an interview, someone stole the rushes of the film (meaning the unedited raw material). These rushes were later leaked on the internet and pieced together on pirated DVDs sold on the Moroccan black market. So the scene in question was never even part of any legit version of this film. This alone would be reason enough NOT to include it in the list of unsimulated sex scenes regardless whether or not it was simulated.
Bearing in mind that the controversy about the aforementioned leak in Morocco was enough to cause death threats and physical assaults against the lead actress, it's simply irresponsible to make speculations on the subject.

Battle in Heaven (2005)[edit]

You should remove Battle in Heaven from the list, because Anapola Mushkadiz said that a prosthetic penis was used in the fellatio scenes with Marcos Hernández. ("No fue complicado roda la escena porque fue una prótesis")[4]

Much loved (2015)[edit]

In addition to those cut during editing (including those of fellatio contained in uncut and uncensored original leaked version), there is still one unsimulated sex scene left in the film, which shows Noha's character having sex from behind with a Saudi client. Pagan Poetry?[edit]

Is pagan poetry not included in this list due to its filters? It is still undoubtedly sexual and the scenes I think definitely constitute it for nomination on the music video section. Btw it's by Bjork, 2001, and a fantastic music video.
