Preying on Mustelids[edit]

OK, I did my undergraduate thesis on Sorex vagrans, and I really want to see a reference to this critter preying on Mustelids. For people who don't know, the Mustelids whose range overlaps the range of S. vagrans include mink, otter, and a few other critters who outweigh S. vagrans by at least half a kilogram. There's no way- unless I see a reference- that this is correct, except perhaps anecdotally. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cthompson (talkcontribs) 20:16, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article says 'Predators include owls, snakes and mustelids' - i.e. the Vagrant Shrew is *eaten by* these animals. I think that this could do with a bit of rewording though... --Kurt Shaped Box (talk) 23:37, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
