Mechanical failure POV[edit]

"rudimentary technology produced a mechanical failure" is highly POV and ascribes agency to an inanimate system, as opposed to its designers. A more neutral and accurate description would be something like "a mechanical failure in the X system occurred" with a description of what mitigations newer systems would have had for failure of X. - Bri.public (talk) 18:35, 5 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
