Title, year, publisher[edit]

I think Vanished Kingdoms: Exploring Europe's Lost Realms (2009) and Vanished Kingdoms: The History of Half-Forgotten Europe (2011) are one and the same book, given the contents. The latter title/edition seems to be much more prominent. Figuring out the main publisher seems quite hard as well, multiple publishers are listed for the same year(s). Most sources, including the author's homepage, are about thre 2011 version, so it is possible the 2009 one with an alt subtitle might be based on some early annoucement and doesn't, in fact, exist outside few misleading catalogue pages. _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 04:26, 12 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
