Contested deletion[edit]
This page should not be speedy deleted because...
- The company was founded by John Garff, who was a co-owner of the original Utah Blaze football team, is the son of Robert H. Garff and grandson of Kendall D. Garff. This was reported in the Deseret News.
- Vehix was (apparently) the first online car selling site to partner with cable television operators, in a revenue-sharing deal to put inventory in video-on-demand libraries on TV. It also (apparently) was first to provide text messaging as a communications channel for customers. This was reported in Multichannel News.
- Vehix pioneered an experimental Spanish-language advertising program on English-language television channels. This was reported in The Washington Post.
- An innovative move to push "video test drives" on the website was covered by The New York Times and Multichannel News and Boston Globe.
- According to Alexa, Vehix is the ninth-most popular consumer information website about automobiles.
