Removed an irrelevant sentence.[edit]

I removed the sentence that was in parenthesis: "(perhaps due to the enormous popularity of baseball in the country)". This sentence was right after it was said that Venezuela is historically the weakest team in the CONMEBOL. The sentence is irrelevant to the article and is not supported by any source. --Antonio.sierra 01:02, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
