Requested move[edit]

@Randomeditor1000 and Spyder Monkey:, the task to move Verizon Center (Mankato, Minnesota) to Verizon Center is huge. Before it can be moved there is a massive cleanup effort that must be done. There are over 1,000 articles that currently link to the redirect Verizon Center. Most of them are meant for the Capital One Arena. A very small percentage are for the Verizon Center (Mankato, Minnesota). I have started but at this point not really inclined to continue. If either of you really want this done, you will need to do this cleanup before any move is done. ~ GB fan 20:40, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@GB fan: You're correct, an WP:RM and a lot of work is the best course of action. I was merely cleaning up a cut-paste move. I won't make the mistake of trying to help again. Spyder_Monkey (Talk) 03:57, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@GB fan:, @Spyder Monkey:, I'm willing to do it. But I need some time to go through it all. I will address my error so that we can move forward. Is there a rule pertaining to chronological references? For example, can a reference to 2012 read Capital One Arena or should it be noted as Verizon Center?
