E is not Elettronica[edit]

The article says: "It was distributed as Vespa P 125 X and as Vespa P 200 E with an electronic ignition (E for Elettronica)...". I think the latter statement is untrue. I own a 1980 Vespa P200E and it does not have electronic ignition, only a kick-starter. Also the booklet (that comes with the Vespa) for the Vespa P125X and P200E does not mention electronic ignition at all, neither does the catalogue of spare parts. The PX is in production (february 2017) http://iltirreno.gelocal.it/pontedera/cronaca/2017/02/01/news/i-primi-180-operai-part-time-verticali-tornano-in-fabbrica-dal-20-febbraio-1.14808547?refresh_ce — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.75.173.180 (talk) 06:32, 2 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

E is for Elettronica - meaning electronic ignition (not points) - Electric start is something completely different.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.97.110.141 (talk) 10:06, 24 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
