I see that the reason for deletion of the article in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Victoria Coleman was that the subject was considered a non-notable person per WP:NOTE. I believe that even back in November 2016 when the "delete" result was decided, Victoria was notable enough to have her own article, but today this is certain per her current position as the 22nd Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), among a number of other notable positions she has had in the past.
