The acronym USVI is not mentioned anywhere in the article. Please define in the first use of United States Virgin Islands (USVI).
Need consistent linking with Ivan Espinosa. he is linked in the infobox, but not the first use in the lead. Recommend if linking, per WP:DUPLINK, to link in the infobox, first time in the lead, and the table at the end.
