am i right that this is the only album by them with no swearing? if so shouldnt that be put in?

im going to change it that it has no swearing because ive listened to the album twice today and i did not hear one swear word!!!

Removed unsourced genres.

Thrash is an inluence in Vol 3 Slayer were an influence, so there for Thrash is indeed in genres

As I've said previously, metal is an umbrella term for Heavy Metal. Heavy Metal is traditional Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and such, where as early Heavy Metal had a different sound akin to Black Sabbath and Deep Purple. In the 80s and 90s Heavy Metal had an evolved structure that bands like Megadeth and Metallica capitalized on (in the 90s). Heavy Metal as a genre has very strict limitations. Slipknot are most certainly not "Heavy Metal" and if they are indeed "metal" you must specify what genre. As a genre, metal does not exist. Slipknot are numetal, nothing more, nothing less. Also, the thrash influence in Volume 3 is minuscule at best, so no, thrash doesn't go. Can someone please add a singles template to the page? i made one: {{Singles

Genre changes

I've seen the genre go from nu metal to alternative metal to heavy metal to nu metal, to etc. etc.

I see no grounds (i.e. verification) on which the genre should be anything but nu metal, as is on the profile page and the other two studio albums. If this is contested, discuss it here, but please keep it nu metal until a consensus has been reached on the issue. One was already reached in September, 2007, but it seems no one really bothers to read the discussion page.

"UK" Special Edition?

This was mentioned a few times throughout the article. According to the track listing (I removed the UK) it had 8 songs on it. The only reason that I question it is that I own that version of the album, but I bought it in the US, right off the shelf, no special order or anything. Is it possible that it is just the "Special Edition" and not "UK SE"? Black ngold29 06:03, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

2005 Tour Edition

Is the track listing necessary? As it was only avalible to the people who attended the concerts, it obviously wasn't a release on the same scale of the regular and special editions. Is there any opposition to removal? Thanks. Black ngold29 20:27, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Infobox reviews

The Kerrang and Metal Hammer reviews still need citations. From what I can find, the Metal Hammer review isn't on their site, so we'll have to track down the actual magazine or remove it. Black ngold29 02:11, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
