in paragraph 2: "Converters usually can only double or halve the voltage, but some can do both."
in paragraph 6: "Most voltage converters convert both ways."
so, ususaly, do voltage converter can do both way or not? both snippet of text are contradictory.

Now what is exactly the difference between Voltage converter and DC_to_DC_converter ? (Especially as second one has much more content). Hoemaco (talk) 13:58, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
