Family background, etc.[edit]

I notice that an anonymous user has expanded the article and provided some important pieces of information related to the late Mr Tam's date of birth, education and family background. As the one who wrote the biographical note of the late Mr Tam in the Chinese Wikipedia, I would like to know whether the following questions related to his family background can be answered:-

How many siblings did he have? What are the Chinese names of his parents and siblings?
Was he an adopted child? Were all his siblings blood-related?
When did he formally retire from the legal service? How did he spend his retired life?

Also, I should be most grateful if the anonymous user can kindly provide the sources that support his date of birth and the award of "a Diploma in Economics and Political Science from Oxford University in 1922" as shown in the article, as well as the information as requested above, provided that if you have the answers.
