Signal Strength[edit]

WMGK has a very strong signal. Its signal reaches the Pottsville, PA area mostly clear. Philadelphia, Trenton, Reading, Allentown, Pottsville, Wilmington, and Atlantic City areas can all receive this station fairly well, meaning little (if any) static. If you go on radio-locator.com and look at WMGK's coverage map, you will get an idea of the coverage, just add another 20 of so miles onto the map where it says it doesn't reach, when in reality, it very much does.

The above section head and paragraph appeared in the article as a comment, but I moved it here for everyone to see. Notice that there is no source stated, and may be personal observation.--DThomsen8 (talk) 17:54, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Philly 500 countdown[edit]

(Pinging @Peetlesnumber1) While I respect your contribution of this information to the article, I do not believe that the countdowns are anything more than promotional gimmicks that fail notability guidelines. I appreciate the information, as both a music buff and someone that spent 16+ years working in commercial radio, but the inclusion of the Philly 500 countdown information seems to be trivia rather than encyclopedic material. I'm happy to consider other arguments, however. StrikerforceTalk 20:17, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
