The result of the move request was: moved. Consensus is clear that Kurt Wallander isn't the primary topic. Semi-oppose. I don't think people searching for Wallander will be looking for an article on the fictional character, but I do think they will be looking for an article on the franchise, which includes the character and the three listed series of films and TV shows. Make article about the series - it's clear that an article about the overall series is justified, and once written, should clearly be primary topic.
