Changed William II to William III.[edit]

The article named Count William II as the ruler who revoked the wall rights of Amsterdam in 1304, but Count William II died 50 years before the siege of Amsterdam. So I don't think he could have repealed the rights of Amsterdam to have city defences. Possibly, the original author of this article became confused since William III of Holland was also William II of Zeeland. So I renamed him to William III.
