"the least busiest section" is an awkward phrase.
When was the average daily traffic numbers taken?
Unclear is US 97 is concurrent with I-82 or this route, WA 823.
"5 miles (8.0 km)" in lead, " 5.56 mi[1] (8.95 km)" in infobox. One is wrong, and the km conversion is off by almost a full unit.
