In my opinion, this entire article doesn't make sense[edit]

I just add the following to the introduction:

Forbes magazine said that going to war over water did not make any sense because nuclear powered desalination was "a lot cheaper than war."[1]

I made this addtion after doing a text search for the word "desalination," and seeing that it did not appear anywhere in the article.

I don't understand why the idea of going to war over water is so popular, when desalination is cheaper.

Re-arranged article content after moving content from water security[edit]

I've just done quite a lot of re-arranging of content which came about after I moved content from water security. The article on water security had quite a lot of content about "water conflict" which I think fitted better here. While in the process, I took out some repetition and some outdated or poorly sourced content. I also dissolved the section on "background" as it was either about causes, predictions or examples.
