Majoranna, Chambers, Vanni, Sykes[edit]

Who they? Jim.henderson 15:53, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Those names were from the web site: http://users.pandora.be/oldmicrophones/microphone_history.htm 7th paragraph in the section "Pre Broadcast Era" which says a liquid microphone was developed by:

Majoranna in 1906

Chambers in 1910

Vanni in 1912

Sykes in 1914

I did not research these people. Greensburger 18:58, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Alternating Current?[edit]

Shouldn't "alternating current" be "variable current"? I am no expert in electricity by any means, but I cannot figure how variations in resistance alone can cause the flow of current to reverse direction. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.213.20.170 (talk) 21:02, 14 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
