Can the writer or anybody help clarify the issue of "National Policy for the Development of Community-Managed Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Facilities and Services"[edit]

In one portion, it says "In 2003 the government endorsed, but did not adopt a National Policy for the Development of Community-Managed Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Facilities and Services that provides a road map for sector reform", while in another portion, it says "In 2003 the government adopted a National Policy for the Development of Community-Managed Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Facilities and Services that provides a clear route map for sector reform (for details see above).". I couldn't find related information on the Net. Your kind assistance to clarify will be hightly appreciated.ThomasYehYeh (talk) 02:58, 9 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
