Topical coverage[edit]

This article covers issues of water resources management and irrigation, while "Water supply and sanitation" is typically understood as covering only drinking water supply and sanitation. The article may thus benefit from being split into an article "Water resources management in Iraq" and another one "Water supply and sanitation in Iraq".
