Removal of Factual and Cited Content[edit]

Someone with the Username @83udbfdg appears to be removing and deleting factual, accurately sourced information. This is possibly window dressing, but since it's factual and in the public interest, there doesn't seem to be any reason to keep deleting - especially without explanation,
