Weirton-Steubenville or Steubenville-Weirton?[edit]

I see both names listed on the US Census Bureau's website. Which is the most recent term? Whichever city's county has the larger population in the most recent census should be listed first I think. Nicole Sharp (talk) 07:09, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
