Tribe?[edit]

Is the tribe an 'actual' tribe? The two references I've seen to it seem to imply it is not, but are not explicit, and this article does not make the fact clear. —Preceding unsigned comment added by CKnapp (talkcontribs) 00:14, 7 May 2008 (UTC) Bah forgot signature: CKnapp (talk) 00:16, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ethiopia and buda[edit]

I don't have the opportunity to check this article's cited sources, but other sources describe buda as the evil eye, not as lycanthropy. However, they do note that buda is often ascribed to metalworkers and Beta Israel. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 22:53, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've since found sources that describe buda as both the evil eye and lycanthropy. - Gyrofrog (talk) 16:40, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reference 3[edit]

I checked the link for Primitive Culture and it doesn't contain the information about Kanuri indicated by the article. I was however able to track down both the correct citation and the original source where that citation got its information. I intend to update reference 3 with the correct link and add a citation & link to the original source, African Native Literature, Kolle. Mercy Thompson (talk) 23:37, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
