Needs rewrite[edit]
This page needs major work. Its structure seems based on the order that press materials were written in, as therefore doesn't flow as a Wikipedia page.
It is also far too long at almost 3,000 words, and spends too much time and detail on the various past consultations and construction phases that would only be interesting to a local audience.
I'll work on this in phases when I have time, but any help is appreciated! PumpkinKitten (talk) 03:20, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
