Many changes coming[edit]

1) The department's name changes on 1 July for some reason. We need to retitle the article.

2) Is our list of facilities all messed up? It is not even close to the one at the official web site. (https://docr.wv.gov/facilities/Pages/prisons-and-jails.aspx) Please advise before I start changing.
