I've put "reversal needed" on the infobox. In spite of the proximity of the town station to the tramway there has never been a platform there for it and the quay line joins the South Western Main Line north of the station. Boat trains of yore were taken straight to the quay as they could not call at the town's main station. Britmax (talk) 00:57, 5 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Now that the track has finally been taken up in 2020/2021, will the line status wording "Out of use (temporary)" in the official railway parlance now need to be given a new descriptive phrase from their lexicon?
