Promotional editing[edit]

This article's history indicates several aggressive attempts to abuse Wikipedia for promotional purposes, in particular by cherry-picking positive review quotes (blurbs) and adding unsubstantiated WP:PEACOCK claims ("critical acclaim" etc.), techniques that are standard in film advertising but in violation of WP:NPOV. The mention of the Metacritic score was deleted without explanation, perhaps because it is rather mediocre. I have attempted to mitigate this by e.g. adding two reviews from more notable publications (NYT and Variety) which happen to be less enthusiastic, but further cleanup may be advisable.
