The White Plains, New York page-as a reader.

I am no where near ready to start editing... However I would like to leave a 'Readers' point of view on the White Plains, New York page. I expected it to read much like an encyclopaedia, but the entire page is more like a long list of notes for an article- not a finished product. Redundant statements, typos or left over bits from previous editing, 2000 Demographic information given twice in the Demographics section, unclear notes at the end of sentences, and other things made it impossible to get a clear picture of the City Scape- as it is now. Some parts do not say what time period is being written about, as the narrative jumps around a great deal. Had I been a school kid needing information for a report I think I would have pulled my hair out. I am honestly not trying to insult, anyone. Sometimes a direct approach is best- it does not further muddy the water. I was reading about White Plains because of interest in moving to the Northeast, so correct, concise information is exactly what I am looking for. I will find it- be assured. But mean time perhaps there is a member living in the area who might be able to clarify the page and make it easier for people like me to find what they need.
