Article title[edit]

I have a copy of this book in front of me as I write this. It definitely is Who is Ayn Rand?, not Who Is Ayn Rand?, with a capital I. There doesn't seem to me to be any good reason for shifting the article from the one title to the other. No relevant policy has been invoked. If you are looking at the book, then you will see that on the spine and title page, the title is styled as Who is AYN RAND?, with Rand's name in all caps. Sometimes books have their titles in all caps, all lower case, sentence case, or other unusual styling as decided upon by the publisher's marketing department. However, we don't usually follow such styling for book article titles, but rather standardize to title case with verbs capitalized. Actually, with the particular edition I'm looking at, it's WHO IS AYN RAND? on both the spine and the title page. But this surely isn't relevant. The book's title is Who is Ayn Rand?, as shown on the cover, and it looks very strange to me to replace the lower case i with a capital I. I would suggest asking for input from other editors.
