Wife and brother[edit]

We should mention his wife and brother. I believe his wife is Martha E.? Brother might have been Edwards.. I believe he was killed in war. FloridaArmy (talk) 21:39, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, "Tat" died in Tennessee of an illness while serving the Confederacy. His findagrave has his picture. Cake (talk) 08:20, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The news article says Bill was born in Hamilton County, but most genealogy researchers seem to say he was born in Georgia. Cake (talk) 16:51, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Two William H. Kendricks[edit]

It looks like his brother named his son after him. That William H. Kendrick also seems to have been notable and influential. How would we differentiate? He was a builder and seems to have been involved in infrastructure projects such as a railway? which one was involved in the plant propagation / canal endeavor (1870 I believ?)? FloridaArmy (talk)

He did. He was a contractor in Tampa. He was born in 1858, so unless he was very precocious, he wasn't doing much in 1870. Cake (talk) 17:41, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
